The production process of Aluminum tanker trailer

Step 1: Cutting and bending process

Aluminum sheet of tanker trailer to be cut as drawing design by use of plasma cutting machine or laser cutting machine. And Using a large bending machine to process the required components.

Step 2: Producing dished end and baffles of tanker trailers.

Step 3: Splicing and welding aluminum plates for the tank body, and rolling the tank body of trailers.

Step 5: Water pressure test. It is important process to test tank welding quality.

Step 6: Installation and welding of tank parts and accessories.

Step 7: Installation of manhole cover, running gear, including following intems:Installation of protection and ladders; Installation of anti slip mesh and tank cover on the top of the tank; Installation of upper guardrail

Fixation and installation of electrical pipelines; Installation of landing gears, axles, and tires.

Step 8: Assembly quality inspection, including light system inspection, brake system inspection, etc.

Discharging type: By gravity outflow, To unload from right side in the middle of the tank, and an emergency shut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the tank. The oil unloading port is equipped with an API unloading valve with a sealing cover and a 3-inch unloading reducer.

Button valve: Located at the rear of the tank body, emergency cut-off switch

Parking brake: Middle side of tank body

Vehicle identification: Reflective tape reflecting the length and width of the tank, and 3 flammable signs.
